Privacy policy

What we collect

• Things you send us: your name, email address and message when you use a form (contact, partnerships, careers, newsletter).
• Usage statistics without cookies: pages viewed, referring site, country and device type, counted in aggregate. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Security data: to stop spam and abuse we check form submissions with a bot-protection service and may keep a one-way hash of your IP address for a short time. We do not store raw IP addresses.
• Account data (when accounts launch): your email address, profile details you choose to add, and which Infirics products you use.

Files you open in our products

Where a product says files are processed in your browser, they never leave your device. Where a product needs a server, it says so before you upload, and the file is deleted automatically after processing. Each product page gives the details.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and provide what you asked for (contract or your request).
• To send the newsletter, only after you confirm your email (consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
